Leonardo da Vinci

Leonardo da Vinci (1452 – 1519) was an Italian artist, scientist, engineer, architect and philosopher of the Renaissance. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest painters of all time, although it is estimated that only 15 of his works survived, including of course one of his most famous, the Mona Lisa.
