Shipping costs
Shipping costs €4.95 within Germany and €6.95 to other European countries.
Shipping is free for orders over €39 within Germany and €49 to the rest of Europe.
Shipping to the UK costs £8.95 and is free for orders over £75.
We ship our items with our shipping partners DHL. Shipping information for all other countries can be found here.
Returns
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your order to us, the return is free of charge during the 14-day return period and within Germany.
Unfortunately, we cannot bear the shipping costs for returns from abroad. Please contact shop@musearta.com to obtain and print out the return slip.
It is important that you do not send your parcel freight collect.
As soon as we have received your return, you will of course receive your money back via the chosen payment method.
