MuseARTa

For art and fashion lovers looking for high-quality and fashionable textiles, MuseARTa offers the largest and most complete collection of socks with artwork motifs as well as other clothing items made of high-quality materials.  We want to bring art, color, and history into your wardrobe in a practical way and make your sock box unique.  The joy of art is our top priority!

 Our difference:

Our production is the most advanced in the sock industry, as we focus on innovation and invest in the latest technologies. We work with 200-needle machines that knit the motifs directly onto each sock, optimizing the results by offering greater detail in each work of art. This ensures our customers receive socks that last forever.  Additionally, they offer comfort to the feet as they are manufactured using the “Hand-Linked Toe” method.

 What does this mean?

All high-quality socks have the label “hand-linked toe,” but 90% of consumers have no idea what that means.  The machines that make socks have the needles arranged in a circle, creating a kind of cylinder.  The sock comes out of the machine with the toe open and of course has to be closed somehow.

“Hand-linked” does not mean that a person joins it by hand with a needle, but rather that a machine joins the two parts of the sock with the same thread that the sock is made of.  “By hand” means that one person operates this machine and joins the stitches of the two pieces together point by point.  It is an extremely slow process (compared to standard sock-making machines that only join the two parts of the socks with nylon)  and only trained persons can carry it out.  The result is that the connection is so flat that you don't feel it when you wear the socks.

Each of our socks has a material composition of: 83% cotton, 15% polyamide, 2% elastane.  We always use a high cotton content.  We strive to offer our customers high-quality and durable socks and reject fast fashion, as we want our collections to continue to grow and customers to be able to collect our socks and other items.

It is also important to us that the rights of artists and museums are respected.  We have entered into numerous licensing agreements and pay substantial sums for them, from which artists and museums benefit.
