Product information NEW

We strive to continually improve our products. We test and find solutions for small details, such as how tight the socks are, colors, materials, durability, and production quality.

We want to offer you information about how to care for our products and more detailed information about them so you know what you are buying.

Sock care:

1. When washing your socks, we recommend using the gentle cycle.

2. The washing temperature is also important, so we recommend a temperature of 40ºC for the care of your socks.

3. Dryers are not ideal for socks; it is better to dry the socks on the line, but not in direct sunlight, as this will damage the colors.

4. Do not iron, as the heat from the iron may damage the material.

5. Using mild detergents will also extend the lifespan of your socks.

6. If you want your socks to last a long time, choose the right size.

To preserve the color of your socks, make sure:

1. When washing, all items should have a similar color palette. This prevents darker colors from bleed-ing into lighter ones.

2. Never use hot water.

3. Use a mild detergent and do not use chemical bleach.

For proper washing, we recommend not overloading the washing machine; you can also use a sock bag.

Now that you know this, you can buy new socks because you want to, not because you need them!

Why are socks sometimes so tight?

The production of socks with artistic motifs occasionally results in the density of the stitches making them tight; this sometimes happens with socks that have a motif that runs all the way around the sock.

You can contact us here if you would like to complain about this.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns of socks that have already been worn unless they were delivered faulty and you report this immediately.
