Your package will be delivered by our partner DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your package.

Do I have to pay customs duties?
MuseARTa covers all customs fees for the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Orders shipped to other countries must be declared upon arrival. The customer is responsible for paying these customs fees. MuseARTa is not responsible for these fees.
What can I do if the package hasn't arrived?
If the packages have not been delivered to the correct address or have been returned by the same shipping company because the correct address could not be found, you can notify us here.
Please remember that you need to provide us with your order number (you will receive it in the purchase confirmation) so that we can track your package correctly.
In case of lost packages, you can notify us here.

How do returns work?
If your socks have any defects or you are not satisfied with the item, returns are free of charge within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. This policy applies only to Germany and Austria.
This does not apply to socks that have already been worn.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns from abroad.
Once we have received your return, we will of course refund your money via your chosen payment method.
